What does Till C do?

Till C is an Istanbul-based mobile app company. We design, build and publish our products with our own teams. Frogie is the first app in our family.

How are Frogie and Till C related?

Frogie is developed and operated by Till C. Till C is the data controller for your personal data in Frogie.

How do I cancel my in-app subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

In Frogie, go to Settings → Delete Account to delete your account permanently. You can also send a request through the complaints & suggestions form by choosing “Data protection request (KVKK)”.

How is my personal data processed?

Your personal data is processed in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You’ll find the details in our Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.

How can I send a complaint or suggestion?

Use the complaints & suggestions form on this page or email support@till-c.com. We read every message and reply by email.
