FROGIE AND TILL C WEBSITES PRIVACY NOTICE
This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how personal data collected through the forms on www.frogie.app and www.till-c.com is processed. Processing in the Frogie app is covered by the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. This English text is a translation provided for convenience; the Turkish version prevails.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
- Waitlist (frogie.app): your email address and site language.
- Contact, complaint and suggestion forms: your name, email address, the app and topic if you selected them, and your message.
- Technical data: an irreversibly hashed form of your IP address to limit abuse, and the hosting provider's server logs.
3. PURPOSES
- Letting you know when Frogie launches (waitlist).
- Answering and following up on your message, complaint, suggestion or request.
- Keeping the websites and forms secure and preventing abuse.
4. LEGAL GROUNDS AND METHOD OF COLLECTION
Data is collected electronically when you fill in the forms of your own accord. We rely on your explicit consent for the waitlist (KVKK Art. 5/1); on our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, to answer your messages and keep the websites secure (KVKK Art. 5/2-f); and on our legal obligation to answer requests under the KVKK (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
5. TRANSFERS
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising. It is transferred only for the purposes above to these service providers: Google LLC / Google Cloud and Firebase (processing the forms and storing the waitlist), GoDaddy (sending email) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting the websites). As their servers are located abroad, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts under KVKK Art. 9. Data may be shared with competent public authorities where the law requires.
6. RETENTION
- Waitlist email: kept until you are notified that Frogie has launched, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
- Contact, complaint and suggestion messages: kept for the applicable limitation periods after your request is closed, then deleted or anonymised.
- Technical data: kept only for the short time needed to prevent abuse.
7. COOKIES
These websites do not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. Only the language you choose is kept in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit; you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO APPLY
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, correction, deletion or destruction, to object and to claim compensation. You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time. You can send requests in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller in writing to our address, by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or from the email address you used in the form to support@frogie.app. Requests are completed free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if you find the answer insufficient or do not receive one in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
