FROGIE EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM FOR THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

I declare that I have read the Privacy Notice and have been informed about the transfer of my personal data to service providers abroad, which is necessary for the Frogie app operated by TILL C YAZILIM İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company") to work.
1. SCOPE OF THE TRANSFER
The App's infrastructure is provided by service providers located abroad. For this reason, my personal data described in the Privacy Notice (including special categories of personal data) is transferred to the following recipients for the following purposes:
- Google LLC / Google Cloud and Firebase: authentication, database, photo storage, server functions, notification delivery, Google sign-in and automated photo screening.
- Apple Inc.: Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases and iOS notifications.
- Google Play: Android purchases.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: management of subscriptions and purchases.
- GoDaddy (email service provider): sending verification code and support emails.
- Where necessary, similar cloud infrastructure providers.
The servers of these providers are mainly located in the United States of America and European Union countries and may also be located in other countries depending on the technical needs of the service.
2. LEGAL BASIS OF THE TRANSFER
For international transfers, the Company relies primarily on the appropriate safeguards under KVKK Article 9 (the standard contracts announced by the Personal Data Protection Board and other safeguards). Where these safeguards do not exist or cannot be applied, the transfer is made on the basis of the explicit consent I give with this form, under KVKK Article 9/6.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT THE RISKS
I have been informed that some countries to which my data is transferred may not offer a level of protection equivalent to that in Türkiye, and that competent authorities in those countries may request access to the data under their laws.
4. EXPLICIT CONSENT
Of my own free will, I give my explicit consent to my personal data described above being transferred abroad to the recipients and for the purposes stated, and stored there.
5. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
I know that I can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@frogie.app from the email address registered in the App or by deleting my account; that withdrawal does not have retroactive effect; and that, because the App's infrastructure depends on these transfers, the service may not be available to me if I withdraw my consent.
