FROGIE EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

In the Frogie app operated by TILL C YAZILIM İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company"), under Article 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation, I declare that I have read the Privacy Notice and have been informed about the processing of the personal data below for the purposes below, and that I give my explicit consent, freely and specifically, to the processing described in this form.

1. SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY AND MATCH PREFERENCES

So that the matching service can be provided, I give my explicit consent to the processing and storage of the gender, gender identity and match preference I declare (including the sexual orientation that may be inferred from them), their use in the matching algorithm, and my profile being shown to suitable users in line with my preferences.

2. SPECIAL CATEGORY DATA I CHOOSE TO SHARE

I give my explicit consent to special categories of personal data such as religion, sect, political opinion or health that I may choose to share in my bio, profile answers or messages being stored, limited to what I share, and shown to the people I share them with. I know that I am not obliged to share such information.

3. LOCATION

I give my explicit consent to the processing of my location, collected only while the App is open and kept on my profile as last collected, if I grant device permission, or of the province and district I declare if I do not, and to other users being shown only the approximate distance between us, never my exact location. I know I can turn off device location permission at any time in my device settings.

4. RATINGS, TAGS AND AUTOMATED SCORING

I give my explicit consent to users I match and meet rating me from 1 to 10 and assigning social tags to me; to my average rating and tags being shown on my profile once there are enough evaluations, while the identity of the reviewers is kept hidden; and to automatically calculated scores based on this data affecting the visibility of my profile.

5. CONTENT SCREENING FOR SAFETY

To keep the community safe, I give my explicit consent to the photos I upload being put through automated image screening, and to my messages, the content I send and my compliment messages possibly being scanned by automated tools and, in the event of a report, reviewed by authorised moderators. I have been informed that messaging is not end-to-end encrypted.

6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

I know that I can withdraw this explicit consent at any time by writing to support@frogie.app from the email address registered in the App or by deleting my account in the App; that withdrawal does not have retroactive effect; and that, because the matching service depends on the processing of this data, the service may not be available to me if I withdraw my consent. I have been informed that the dates on which my explicit consent was given and withdrawn are recorded for evidence.
